Remove the faucet's spout using an Allen wrench. To remove the handle, twist the screw counterclockwise until you see a threaded hole in the cover. Then, turn the cartridge counterclockwise to reverse the flow of hot and cold water. You can find the cartridge or handle replacement parts at a hardware store.
